If you’re trying to implement Social Login capability on your website that is hosted on Gridpane, chances are you may encounter a 403 Forbidden error. The solution is simple and has nothing to do with your Google OAuth settings or social login plugin like Social Snap or Loginpress.
Simply login to Gridpane > Sites > Your website, and disable the 6G firewall.
That’s it!
But what if you want to have the 6G firewall AND enable social logins? For that, you’ll have to whitelist your IP. Not quite sure how to do that, I’m still waiting on GP to provide a solution. However you can login first, and then turn the 6G WAF back on.
